School Programs

Schooner Inc offers environmental education programs to schools throughout Connecticut. All programs are correlated to the Connecticut Curriculum Frameworks for Science ensuring that they supplement and enhance topics covered in the traditional classroom.

Programs for grades preK-12 on the shore, on board the S/V Quinnipiack, in the classroom (teachtanks and assembly programs) and even classroom programs at Schooner Inc use Long Island Sound as a teaching tool and almost all programs provide hands-on learning opportunities.
