Schooner Inc is a non-profit marine education organization that promotes environmental awareness and personal growth with activities based on New Haven Harbor and Long Island Sound. Schooner Inc is divided into two parts in order to meet our mission:
CT Coastal Classrooms offers Marine and Environmental Education programs for all ages on the shore, on the water and in classrooms and meeting places throughout Connecticut.
The Schooner Quinnipiack is the flagship of New Haven - the programs onboard provide public opportunities to sail on the Harbor & Sound and also subsidize the cost of offering youth education programs onboard this amazing educational platform.
